Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 14, 2026

East End Media Group (“EEMG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides branding, website design and development, and social media management services.

This policy explains how we handle information through our website and our AI-assisted business-operations application, including its authorized connections to Google services.

For privacy questions or requests, contact info@eastendmediagroup.com.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

When you contact us or inquire about our services, we may receive your name, email address, business information, website address, project requirements, and other information you choose to share.

We use this information to respond to inquiries, discuss potential work, provide agreed services, and maintain relevant business records.

Website advertising measurement and cookies

Our website uses the Google tag, and our social-media-management landing page uses Google Ads conversion tracking to measure successful inquiries. Depending on browser settings and applicable consent controls, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, the page address, and cookie or advertising-click identifiers. Google may use cookies or similar technologies to connect an ad interaction with a later inquiry. See Google’s explanation of advertising technologies and Google’s Privacy Policy.

When the social-package form confirms a successful submission, our tracking integration sends Google a conversion event with a randomly generated inquiry reference, a zero monetary value and the currency. We do not include your name, email address, business name or message in that conversion event, and we have not enabled enhanced conversions to upload those details. A recorded inquiry is not a purchase.

If advertising-click or campaign parameters are present in the social landing-page address, our integration may include them and the inquiry reference in the email sent to EEMG. This helps us identify the source of inquiries. This integration reads the current page’s parameters; it does not add a separate lead database or store those parameters in your browser. The Google tag operates separately and may use its own cookies. The general homepage contact form is separate and does not trigger the social-package Google Ads conversion.

You can use your browser’s settings to block or delete cookies and review Google’s advertising choices through My Ad Center. Blocking measurement does not prevent you from emailing us, and our forms do not depend on a successful tracking request. Browser or advertising settings do not delete an inquiry email already received by EEMG. You can contact us about that information using the address below.

Information from connected Google accounts

Our business-operations application connects to Google services after an authorized account holder grants permission. Access depends on the permissions granted and the account holder’s access rights.

The application currently supports EEMG’s authorized internal business operations. It is not a public account-registration service.

2. How We Use Google Services

Gmail

The application can access authorized Gmail data to support EEMG business correspondence, including reviewing relevant messages, preparing drafts and attachments, and sending authorized communications.

Information processed may include sender and recipient details, subject lines, message content, attachments, and message or draft identifiers.

Gmail permissions may apply to the authenticated mailbox as a whole. Our operational restriction to EEMG business material does not mean that Google technically limits access to individually selected messages.

Google Calendar

The application has read-only Calendar authorization. This permission does not authorize it to create, change, or delete events.

Google Ads

The application uses authorized Google Ads access to retrieve account information and support advertising research, including keyword demand, competition and cost estimates where the account’s API access permits these features.

Connecting an Ads account does not by itself authorize campaign launches, budget changes or advertising expenditure. Those activities require separate owner approval.

Access to keyword-planning features depends on Google’s applicable account and API approvals.

3. AI-Assisted Processing

EEMG uses AI-assisted tools to help review business information, prepare drafts and reports, and support authorized operations. Relevant business information, including information from connected services when needed for an authorized task, may be processed by those tools.

AI assistance does not authorize actions outside the permissions and instructions given by the account holder.

4. Sharing and Service Providers

Information may be handled by service providers supporting our website, hosting, communications, storage and AI-assisted operations.

We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or where necessary to address security incidents, subject to applicable restrictions.

For Google data subject to Google’s Limited Use requirements, permitted uses and disclosures are restricted by those requirements. Gmail or Calendar data must not be repurposed for advertising audiences, retargeting or personalized advertising.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy

EEMG’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.

Authorization to access a Google account is not permission to use its information for unrelated purposes.

6. Storage and Security

We use access restrictions for application credentials and business information. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Retention

Website inquiries are delivered to EEMG’s business email. Our website form configuration does not create a separate submissions database, and submitting a form does not schedule automatic deletion of the resulting email. Inquiry correspondence and any associated campaign details can remain in our business email and related business records until deleted. This policy does not promise deletion after a fixed number of days. You may contact us to request deletion or information about a specific record; we will consider the request and any continuing service, security or recordkeeping needs.

Revoking a Google connection does not automatically delete information previously stored by EEMG or its service providers.

8. Your Choices and Requests

You can revoke the application’s Google account access through your Google Account’s third-party connection settings.

You may contact info@eastendmediagroup.com to request information about your data or ask for its correction or deletion. We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting on a request.

9. Changes to This Policy

We will update this policy when our practices change and revise the effective date.

If we introduce a materially different use of Google data, we will update the relevant disclosures and obtain additional consent where required before using the data for that new purpose.
